Persepolis

Here it is:

Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi.

I've always wanted to read the book, I was so happy that I finally found the book :D
It's a very amazing story of Marjane Satrapi, living in a country that was shaken by the revolution and war.
And after reading Persepolis, I think Marjane and I have some similarity, especially in family. Marjane was an only child, and like me, she is really close to her parents and often discussed many things with them.
I also have Persepolis' DVD, but I haven't watch it.

Anyway, I knew Persepolis since my mother bought her second book, Embroideries.

After reading this amazing yet funny book, I also bought her third book, and now become her fans! Anyway, the third book titled Chicken with Plums.

Those are amazing books! A simple drawing, funny stories, and also some knowledge about Iran's country and culture. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
